ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ryan Bush State Farm is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and driven individual to join our growing team as a Acquisition Specialist!
We are a fast-paced, high-performing agency with two locations in Fairport and Canandaigua, NY. Our team is tight-knit, hardworking, and passionate about helping protect our local community. We take pride in providing exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and having fun while reaching our goals!
We are looking for someone who is determined, easygoing, personable, and motivated to succeed. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to make a difference in the lives of our customers.
In this role, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering Life and Health insurance products tailored to their needs. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow your income while making a positive impact in our community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Educate customers on policy options, benefits, and coverage.
- Proactively reach out to customers to identify opportunities for additional protection.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and service needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and determined to succeed.
- Easygoing attitude and ability to work well with a close-knit team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- P & C insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Fairport & Canandaigua.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
- We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
- We have 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
